Designed by BDG Architects, the Tesoro Blu Hotel & Spa features a contemporary look based in the use of crystal, industrial concrete and neutral-toned wood. VICCARBE was commissioned to supply key pieces by its local distributors, Box Architect.
The attractive LAYER chairs, a design by Arik Levy, have been used to furnish the in-house restaurant Piacere, while the stylish LAST MINUTE stools by Patricia Urquiola works as union element between the White Bar and the Black Bar that feature two different concepts of drink bar. For the White Bar the company has also supplied armchairs and sofas from its FEDELE collection, a design by Victor Carrasco.
VICCARBE has also participated in the furnishing of the lounge and common spaces with other products of its catalogue, such as the HOLY DAY and AD HOC armchairs and tables, by Jean Marie Massaud, the ASPA table, by FR Design, and the cozy WRAPP armchair by Marc Krusin.
More recently, VICCARBE has participated in the decoration of the prestigious BOSK restaurant, the stylish urban eatery at the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto, Canada. Thanks to its enveloping shapes, the WRAPP armchairs offer to guests a unique kind of seating comfort.
The WRAPP chair is made of two pieces of curved plywood and a chromed steel frame. It is available in an upholstered version or oak in a choice of different finishes offered by VICCARBE.
