Spanish design companies at HOSPITALITY DESIGN Las Vegas

After a successful participation at I SALONI 2012 in Milan, 5 MUEBLE DE ESPAÑA’s design companies will cross the pond and exhibit their latest designs at Hospitality Design Las Vegas from May 15th to 17th. The Spanish contingent, that will be formed by a total of 21 brands of the furnishing, textile, tile and lighting sectors, will be coordinated by ICEX , the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute, and will concentrate in hall A-D.

This Spanish brand is one of the national leading companies in the production of seating for the contract market. In HD Las Vegas they will showcase the attractive collections recently launched in Milan: CAPITA, ICS, ZAS and ECO.

After the première in Milan, the Flash Collection will land in the USA. Visitors will be captivated by the stimulating and stylish designs of Karim Rashid, Luis Eslava Studio and Rafa García y Juan Ibáñez.

FLOAT sofa by Karim Rashid suggests multiple uses and a complete new way of understanding relax.

PARTY, a system of sofas and armchairs designed by Luis Eslava Studio, with its deep upholstered seats in different configurations, is at once inviting and whimsically appealing.

EXPORMIM – BOOTH 3424

Lots of new products in EXPORMIM’s stand, most of them suggesting a return to handcrafted rattan furniture (Rattan catalogue 2012). The intriguing rattan-made NAUTICA, an in-outdoor hanging chair designed by Mut, evokes one of the first pieces created by the firm in the 1970’s.

Designed by Oscar Tusquets Blanca, the charming FONTAL chair and armchair pay homage to the traditional rattan seating, but with a more modern hint.

On display also SOLID, a new programme of sideboards and container furniture made of solid oak wood.

This unique Spanish company, that designs and produces resin furniture with the technique of rotational moulding, is a worldwide leader in the production of stylish outdoor furniture, flowerpots and lighting elements. Among its new proposals the original ADAN collection by Teresa Sapey, sculptural multifunctional elements that can be used either as flowerpots, seats or auxiliary tables.

Straight and curved lines mixed in a dynamic and amazing way in WING collection of stools and table by A-CERO Studio.
