The new vision of luxury is more focused on maximizing the life experience of people rather than offering high-priced, luxury-tagged products. The haute décor industry has reacted to this new trend by proposing furniture collections that break away from the antiquated concept of classic and offer a modern interpretation of styles.
Sofas and chairs come dressed with new fashion fabrics, Baroque-inspired living areas acquire a more contemporary allure without sacrificing quality standards, the overall décor is enhanced by lighter shapes, nuances and materials that exude timeless appeal and authenticity.
AMBOAN – Hall 3 Stand G20
The New Classic. Founded in 1984, AMBOAN creates luxury furniture that combines perfectly the best craftsmanship with technologically advanced manufacturing processes. Each furniture product is available in a selection of wood finishes and high gloss lacquers. The firm is also able to adapt to different bespoke size requirements.
TRAZO collection. Following the success of this collection, which has been highly appreciated in national and international markets, the company has decided to give it a new twist more in tune with trends. They still offer the special high gloss lacquer colours, such as the Caviar, along with high quality leathers and steel, but the range of colours, materials and finishes has been extended to include the Ebony wood, the metal finishes in brushed gold, nickel and graphite, the new piano lacquer finish and the Champagne colour. Tables are also available upholstered with different leathers.
The product range of TRAZO is very wide and includes from dining and living rooms, bedrooms to bar cabinets, practical sideboards and even a new extensive choice of sofas.
To be unveiled in Milan: MITHOS collection. Designed by José Vicente Puchades, this new collection proposes a reinterpretation of the classic style that combines great designs with modern functionalities. The emotional impact is ensured by the selection of manufacturing processes and materials, all inspired by nature.
The rustic look of oak veneers tinted with natural colours as well as the accurate choice of wood and metal finishes, in satin chrome or brushed gold, have result into pieces that stand out for their uniqueness and refinement.
GUADARTE – Hall 1 Stand F06

CENTURY Collection. Refined and exquisitely crafted, CENTURY features a subtle combination of contemporary lines and classic styles, with some bolder accents that add intrigue and sophistication to the décor. The geometric patterns, the natural elements, such as steel, marble and glass, the precious fabrics and velvets, the mirrors, the Baroque-inspired ornaments and the use of contrasting colours, such as the neutrals with black matt lacquers, keep the scheme sophisticated and chic while adding an urban vibe to glam ambiences.
New additions include the new creations by José Vazquez for the brand. Available in different colours and sizes, the H5502017 coffee tables and the M20171 cabinet combine lacquered wood with wrought iron and are suitable for both home and contract use. A perfect complement to the stunning CENTURY living room.
Classic in inspiration, the Z8092 sofa stands out for its impressive look that never goes out of style. The piece is embellished by the attractive fabrics available in different colours, the sinous lines and by the refined nailhead trim that decorates the slightly roll out arms. The sofa can come upholstered with fire retarding materials if required.
HURTADO – Hall 1 Stand F02
Traditional & Evolution. Classical but modern in conception and contemporary but still deeply rooted in its artisan tradition, HURTADO is one of Spain’s leading manufacturers of upscale, European-style furniture. With service, innovation and craftsmanship as a constant of their business, the firm strives to produce furniture which is always interesting and appealing for different market sectors and clientele.
SOHO Collection. With its elegant classic contemporary design, SOHO is characterized by innovative shapes and luxury materials that add understated luxury to ambiences. Geometrical volumes are softened by a profusion of soft, sweeping curves that make spaces less formal and more intimate.
The collection is available in 22 finishes such as the lacquers (matte, satin and three different levels of sheen) and a choice of wood that includes walnut, maple, oak, mahogany, rosewood and ash wood roots. Marble tops, leather and brass are used in large measure to keep schemes sophisticated and add further interest to ambiences. The colour palette is very subtle, with an emphasis on cream, ivory and bright grey.
HURTADO has always sought boards with especially beautiful grain in order to create veneer patterns that enhance the natural beauty of wood while creating dazzling special effects on fronts and doors.
SOHO bedroom. In natural wood or lacquered, the SOHO bedroom is pure contemporary refinement. It features a stunning king size bed with upholstered headboard and beautiful brass accents on feet, bases and handles. Bedside tables can be chosen with complete wood veneered with brass detailing or with marble top and leather fronts for a cooler touch.
SOHO extendable dining table. With its dynamic retro look, this table is the epitome of perfect craftsmanship and attention to detail. The base is embellished by a brass ornament that creates an instant visual match with the brass bases of sideboards and cabinets.

PRISMAS collection. A sophisticated line of living and dining furniture made of natural Makassar ebony and white pommele with stainless steel details that accentuate its sophisticated look. The reverse diamond match of the Makassar ebony veneer creates a stunning effect on the front of the spectacular sideboard, whose beauty is also enhanced by the contrasting wood and the refined diamond-shaped handle. The precious dining table, one of the latest addition to the collection, makes a big statement with its fabulous top and the robust base with glam accents.
