Maison & Objet Paris 2019: COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA, glam style par excellence

The young and dynamic COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA is a family-run business that has designed and manufactured exquisite, upscale furniture since 1994.  Its brand philosophy is based on a total design concept that puts at disposal of interior designers and homeowners a rich source of more than 2,000 furnishing objects including furniture, textiles, rugs, artworks and lighting - all in the unique, exceptional style, which is the hallmark of the brand.

By juxtaposing classical styles, tradition and sleek contemporary aesthetics, COLECCION ALEXANDRA creates exclusive, eclectic ambiences that are perfectly illustrated by the brand’s three main catalogues: the classic HERITAGE with its impressive, opulent offer, the timeless, refined EVOLUTION line and the avant-garde EMOTIONS collections.

The firm’s production flexibility and the versatile nature of their designs allow the customization of pieces and make sure that the company is able to adapt them to the needs and tastes of clients by selecting from a wide choice of finishes, textiles, leathers, fittings etc. It is precisely this level of customization and flexibility which confers the product a high degree of exclusivity. Each item is almost unique.

Style, quality and great customisation make of COLECCION ALEXANDRA one of most prestigious companies in the world — renowned for its exclusive collections and handcrafted manufacturing methods — which has resulted in its products gracing many luxury homes as well as commercial projects throughout the world. THE ONE Collection. Ben Wu (2018)

Born from the collaboration between COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA and the talented Chinese design, THE ONE COLLECTION represents the perfect fusion of the traditional elegance of China’s aesthetics and modern European design. The lines, inspired by the spirit of Chinese Calligraphy and the “Qi” concept and character – which stands for “vital energy”-, combine the beauty of a work of art with the sobriety of Western architectural techniques.

The collection comprises the CHU sideboard, the SOU dining table, the SHI dining chair and the YUAN lounge chair.

The ash wood structure is available in five different tones. The dining chair and armchair can be upholstered in fabric as well as in high-quality leather.

ARTEDO cabinet. Maria J. Guinot (2018)

Contrasting styles and materials blend effortlessly in this eclectic piece, resulting in an original item that, with its own unique character, can turn into the focal point of any interior decor.

The classical details on the base and the carved legs, together with the crown and the decorative, chiselled handles, contrast with the sleek, straight lines of the body finished in glossy lacquer.

The interior comes in different colours with functional led lighting.

GEORGE cabinet. Estudi{h}sc_JMFerrero (2017)

GEORGE cocktail cabinet and sideboard break with traditional cabinetry introducing an asymmetric geometric design embellished by an intriguing combination of different materials, from leather, ceramic tiles, high quality veneers to wood.

The high cabinet and the sideboard, which are custom made by using handcrafted methods, share a defined angular form highlighted by their vertical size. GEORGE is indeed an authentic piece provided with a strong personality that perfectly blend lightness with strength, freshness with nobility.

FLUTE armchair. Michele Mantovani (2017)

Comfort and style come together in this eye-catching armchair that recalls the calyx of a lush flower which is emerging to be the most precious piece in the home décor.

FLUTE redefines classic textures and shapes to create a timeless piece where design, form and function join forces. The classical and handcrafted deep buttoned upholstery blends perfectly with its modern iron base, making it an eclectic armchair to complement any ambience or style. Its three- leg base provide th4e armchair with visual lightness while retaining stability.

Haute couture furniture

Fashion and design marry in the new versions of the TRAVELER bar cabinet and the high cocktail cabinet, created by Jacobo Ventura for COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA. To celebrate the 50th career anniversary of Spanish fashion designer Francis Montesinos, two of the his most successful haute couture and prêt-à-porter collections, The Queens of the South and the Spanish Garden, have been chosen to decorate the two iconic pieces of the brand.

A choice that will surely wow crowds in the fashion capital. Do not miss!
