Feria Hábitat Valencia, a thriving platform for architects and interior designers

An unparalleled opportunity for interior design professionals to discover exquisite creations from over 415 Spanish and international brands, Feria Hábitat Valencia opens its doors on the 18th September, establishing itself as one of Europe’s leading interior design event.  In parallel with the Valencia Design week, Feria Hábitat Valencia will bring you the finest furniture, lighting, décor and accessories from emerging and established names alike.

With all the exhibition space available booked and an offering that includes more than 415 international brands, Feria Hábitat Valencia remains one of the foremost platforms for new ideas, design innovation and Spain’s industry insight. The show will cover four key areas: Hall 1 and 3 Contemporary Style; Hall 2 Design; Hall 4 Haute Décor and the Nude exhibition for emerging talents and innovation. The return of leading brands and the debut of new international names cement the show’s position as both the cornerstone show of the Spanish furniture industry and a key event of the international interior design scene.

After the excellent results recorded last year and the successful return of Feria Hábitat Valencia on the international fair circuit, the show organization has set new goals to consolidate the show and maintain its progress over the time. The focus is on creating an offer that includes the most distinguished names of the furniture industry, highlighting quality, excellent designs, innovation and the best services for professionals of the interior design sector.

This year the show will provide a platform for a mix of established names of the international design scene, such as VONDOM, SANCAL, VICCARBE, CARMENES, CAPDELL, INCLASS or ANDREU WORLD; a number of brands that push the boundaries of contemporary living, debuting collections that are beautiful and functional at the same time, including TREKU, ONDARRETA, BLASCO&VILA, LOYRATIME, MOBENIA, MOBILFRESNO; a selection of key players of the outdoor furniture industry, such as POINT, EXPORMIM, BIVAQ or SKYLINE DESIGN, all of them with exciting new proposals for the residential and hospitality sector; and the group of haute décor brands, such as COLECCIÓN ALEXANDRA, TECNI NOVA, SOHER, AMBOAN, MARINER that will bring tradition to the future.

An international profile

The fair organization works in tight collaboration with ANIEME, the Spanish National Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Exporters, and FEDAI, the Spanish National Association of Lighting Manufacturers, to improve the international profile of the show. They have elaborated a plan of activities that includes the invitation to major medias and the inward trade missions of buyers.

More than 1000 international buyers and specifiers – invited by the organizers and the IVACE (Valencia Community Foreign Trade Institute) are expected to visit the four-day show. It is significant too, that these visitors will be coming from a larger number of countries: 56 opposed to last year’s 45, meaning that now all five continents will be represented.

As for media, ANIEME, with the financial support of ICEX, the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute, has organized the presence of 37 renowned journalists and influencers from 18 different countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, UAE, France, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Morocco, Mexico, Portugal, United Kingdom, Russia and Ukraine.

Press guests come to Feria Hábitat Valencia in representation of prominent magazines specialized in furniture, interior design and architecture, all of them aimed at the professional public. They will have the chance to have a first-hand look at new collections, learn more about the Spanish brands and their projects.
