Inaugurated in February 2015, the B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Fuencarral 52 is a modern boutique hotel located on Calle Fuencarral 52, one of the trendiest streets in the Spanish capital. The establishment occupies a building built in 1830 which, thanks to the complete restoration project directed by the architects and interior designers Javier Lampreave and Natalia Meana, offers a modern, avant-garde and functional design. ESSENTHIA CONTRACT has carried out the manufacture and installation of furniture for the 44 rooms and common areas.
