The company is continuously expanding, at this moment inside our 7000+ sqm installations, over 1500 mattresses are being manufactured every day, delivering the products to a big variety of countries inside and outside the EU.
Our products are made by expertise handcrafters, using the latest state of art machinery and technologies to manufacture all our sleeping products.
As true believers in European values, all our products are made in our own facilities in Yecla, a city in the South East of Spain and there for with pride carry the “Made in Spain” label.
As a young XXI century company a big emphasis is made on environment and health. All the fabrics and materials that are being used are OEKO TEK 100 certified, At Dolce Confort® we use fabrics that have passed the control of trustworthy textiles, that is to say
the control of harmful substances according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which is an internationally registered official trademark. One of our fabrics is the PET Repreve® Fabrics, a fiber obtained from recycled ocean plastics.
The use of the latest state of the art low consumption machinery and the use of solar panels on the roof of our manufacturing plant reduces the CO2 emissions and makes Dolce Confort a sustainable company.
