Artesania V. Molero, S.A. is a family run company founded in 1888. The company is managed today by the artisanal maestro Jesus Molero, who represents the fourth generation of the family. Its specialty, cabinets of the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries, complements itself in all kinds of furniture for interior decoration and restoration of antique pieces.
In the development of its labour, woods such as ebony, rosewood, mahogany, walnut, bone, etc., are still being used. Techniques and materials are the same as long ago. Incrusted inlays and engravings are hand-made with a buril (sharp steel pencil) following ancient techniques and traditional designs.
A large number of masterpieces distributed in palaces an mansions worldwide, has been made by MOLERO family though four generations. The know-how and techniques of marquetry and inlay works on bones, absolutely hand-made, made the company MOLERO recognized among important and well-known interior designers like Alberto Pinto and Joseph Karam from Paris, Areen and London Guitar Studio in London, HBA in Dubai, Prisma in Qatar, Saudi bin Laden Group in Jeddah, among others; Primarios in Morocco, Fomento Cultural Mexico (Banamex) and many Spanish designers and showrooms.
Many times the destination of the projects are unknown for us or exclusive of the interiors designers and consultants. In other cases we learnt, specially when installation of furniture pieces, wall units and doors at site is requested, that clients are Royal families in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Morocco among others and embassies and official organizations. In other cases our pieces are destined to high-end decorations of luxury villas and palaces.
